However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product(s) to us for a credit to your account or exchange for another item. Return:

Returns can be made within three days from the date of purchase recorded on the invoice. All returned products must be in new and unused condition, with the attached stamps.

Return Process:

To return a purchased item, please contact our customer service via WhatsApp or email at i[email protected]. The returned item must be in the original packaging and the same condition. Our support team will coordinate with the shipping company to arrange the return or exchange.

Cost:

Please note that there is a cost for the return shipping that you will be responsible for.

Refunds:

Upon receiving the returned package, we will inspect it and refund the amount to your account for future use in another purchase or exchange for another product. Please allow at least 7 days for the return and exchange process, and you will be notified by email once the process is completed.

Exceptions:
